UPDATE: The Full Federal Court has dismissed the appeal.
The Full Federal Court (Justices Lindgren, Finn and Bennett) will hand down its decision in University of WA v Gray this afternoon. This was an appeal by the University of Western Australia against the first instance decision of then-Justice French (now Chief Justice of the High Court) in University of Western Australia v Gray (No 20) [2008] FCA 498 - see our alert here.
